智通财经APP讯，唐宫中国(01181)发布公告，预期集团于截至2025年6月30日止六个月的公司拥有人应占亏损将取得约人民币1500万元至人民币2000万元之间，而2024年6月30日止六个月的公司拥有人应占溢利为约人民币340万元。
公告称，期内从盈利转为亏损的预期主要是由于以下因素造成：(i)中国政府近期颁布一系列提倡节俭、遏制浪费的规范与限制措施，并对公务员实施严格禁酒令，对部分客群的消费支出产生了负面影响，同时中国大陆及香港地区的消费者持续维持审慎的消费趋势模式，导致顾客人均消费金额与堂食人流双双下滑。因此，集团的收益较前期下降约11%。(ii)对于持续亏损的餐厅，管理层根据谨慎和适当的会计原则进行的减值评估，物业、厂房及设备拨备约人民币200万元至人民币500万元之间的减值损失。(iii)根据独立外部估值师依据适用会计准则编制的估值报告，由于信用风险增加，导致按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公允价值损失预计在约人民币700万元至人民币1000万元之间。
