智通财经APP讯，永嘉集团(03322)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月将取得除税后亏损约6000万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止6个月(去年同期)则取得除税后亏损8600万港元。
本期间的预估除税后亏损减少主要源于以下原因：
高级时装零售业务于本期间取得经营溢利约700万港元，较去年同期的经营亏损5200万港元改善5900万港元。成功转亏为盈主要是源于在2024年下半年为一个快速增长的品牌引入直营店以外的特许经营店，从而提高增长及盈利能力;及
运动服生产业务于本期间取得经营亏损约1900万港元(去年同期：经营溢利100万港元)，部分抵销了上述的正面影响。经营亏损主要是由于集团位于东南亚的生产设施在处理若干主要订单时出现原材料问题，导致生产及运输成本较预期为高。
