智通财经APP讯，方正控股(00418)发布公告，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止六个月将取得公司拥有人应占亏损约不多于2000万港元(相较截至2024年6月30日止六个月则取得公司拥有人应占亏损约440万港元)。
董事会认为，该等亏损增加主要是由于(i)拨回北大方正集团有限公司委托贷款减值拨备的收益减少;(ii)经济下滑及部分媒体和印刷销售合同的实施延期，以致收入减少;(iii)政府补贴减少，以致其他收入及盈利减少;(iv)出售附属公司亏损(并不构成上市规则第14章项下的须予公布交易)所致。
