智通财经APP讯，亚洲电视控股(00707)发布公告，于2025年7月30日，本公司接获本公司发行于2025年到期的本金额为 6969.81万港元的8%有担保债券的持有人(债券持有人)的法律顾问发出的函件，要求即时偿还债券到期的全部本金及其应计利息。债券到期日为2025年7月25日。
于2025年8月7日，本公司接获债券持有人法律顾问的第二封函件，告知本公司债券持有人已于2025年8月6日执行其持有的部分担保，透过以600万港元的价格出售 Co-Prosperity Limited(CPL)全部已发行股本及其欠第三方买方的股东贷款(出售事项)。出售事项的所得款项乃应用于抵销部分欠付债券持有人的尚欠利息，而该抵销后，本公司仍欠债券持有人6969.81万港元，即债券的本金额及截至2025年8月6日的应计利息1746.63万港元。
