August 8 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Friday:

** New Zealand-based Infratil <IFT.NZ> and the country's sovereign pension fund have agreed to sell their entire stake in an Australian retirement village operator for A$845 million ($550.60 million), the infrastructure investor said.

** Paramount Global and Skydance Media completed their $8.4 billion merger on Thursday, capping a drawn-out deal process marked by political scrutiny and shareholder concerns.

** Revolution Beauty <REVB.L> has rejected a takeover offer from specialist private equity firm True, leaving the cosmetics group likely to revive a capital raising from existing shareholders, two people familiar with the matter said.

** U.S. battery startup Lyten has agreed to buy most of bankrupt Swedish battery maker Northvolt, it said on Thursday, potentially offering a way back for the European company that was once seen as the region's answer to rivals in Asia.
