ChainCatcher 消息，据比特币财库公司 The Bitcoin Standard Treasury Company（BSTR）最新公告，公司已完成额外 6500 万美元融资，约合 555 枚比特币（以当前价格 116,750 美元计算），这笔资金将在 BSTR 与 CEPO 业务合并完成后到位。
7 月 17 日，BSTR Holdings Inc. 宣布已与 Cantor Equity Partners I, Inc.（纳斯达克代码：CEPO）达成最终业务合并协议。CEPO 是一家由全球领先的金融及房地产服务控股公司 Cantor Fitzgerald 旗下关联方发起的特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）。合并完成后，合并后公司将以“BSTR”为股票代码挂牌交易。BSTR 将以 30,021 枚比特币启动资产负债表，有望成为全球第四大上市比特币国库。同时还计划获得最多 15 亿美元的 PIPE（私募投资公开发行）融资，这是迄今为止与比特币国库相关的 SPAC 合并中宣布的最大规模 PIPE 融资。此外，SPAC 还将视股东赎回情况额外贡献约 2 亿美元。
