智通财经APP讯，环球数码创意(08271)公布，该集团预期由截至2024年6月30日止六个月的亏损2269万港元扭亏为盈至截至2025年中期的溢利不少于2300万港元。
该转亏为盈主要由于: 1)持续经营业务的净亏损减少约 1700 万港元;及 2)对集团已终止经营业务 - 广东环球数码创意产业有限公司终止综合入账而产生的一次性净收益约 3300 万港元。诚如 2025 年 5 月 27 日本公司公告中所披露，广东环球数码的破产清算申请已被法院接纳。于2025年6月 11 日正式任命了破产管理人。因此，公司将不再被视为对广东环球数码拥有控制权，其财务表现将不再并入集团的财务业绩。
