xReality Group's US Unit Secures AU$5.7 Million Contract

xReality Group (ASX:XRG) said its US unit, Operator XR, received a contract valued at up to AU$5.7 million to supply its OP2 training systems to the Texas Department of Public Safety, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The contract includes an initial order worth AU$4.3 million with a AU$1.4 million option for additional support services to be delivered in the third, fourth, and fifth years, the filing said.

The systems are expected to be delivered throughout the second quarter of 2026.

xReality Group's shares surged past 45% in recent Thursday trade.
