智通财经APP讯，恒大汽车(00708)发布公告，本公司已从联交所接获有关股份在联交所恢复买卖的补充指引(补充复牌指引，连同初步复牌指引统称为“复牌指引”)，即须重新符合上述《上市规则》的规定。
于股份获准恢复买卖之前，本公司必须满足所有复牌指引、补救导致其暂停买卖的问题并全面遵守上市规则，以使联交所满意。倘本公司情况有变，联交所可能修改复牌指引或对复牌指引作出补充。倘股份连续停牌18个月(于2026年9月30日届满)，则联交所可取消股份的上市地位。倘本公司未能于2026年9月30日前补救导致停牌的问题、履行复牌指引及全面遵守上市规则以使联交所满意并恢复股份买卖，则联交所上市科将建议联交所上市委员会取消本公司的上市地位。联交所有权在适当的情况下施加较短的特定补救期或即时取消本公司的上市地位。
此外，公司股份继续停牌。
