智通财经APP讯，环球大通集团(08063)发布公告，由于需付出更多时间及精力于其自身业务，蒙品文先生已辞任主席兼执行董事、香港法例第622章公司条例第16部项下代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的公司授权代表(公司条例项下的授权代表)及香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第5.24条项下的公司授权代表(GEM上市规则项下的授权代表);刘美盈女士已辞任独立非执行董事、审核委员会成员、薪酬委员会主席及提名委员会成员;姚道华先生已辞任独立非执行董事、审核委员会主席、薪酬委员会成员、提名委员会成员及企业管治委员会成员，自2025年8月7日起生效。
自2025年8月7日起，为填补蒙品文先生辞任后的职位空缺，执行董事吴岩先生已获委任为GEM上市规则项下的授权代表;及公司条例项下的授权代表。
