智通财经APP讯，健康之路(02587)发布公告，集团预计将于截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得溢利不少于人民币600万元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月则取得亏损约人民币5728万元，该亏损主要由于因公司可转换可赎回优先股的优先权于公司股份上市时终止而产生的赎回负债账面值变动;及公司上市筹备期间产生的上市开支。尽管出现上述增长，集团预计截至2025年6月30日止六个月的收入与2024年同期相比将取得减少约15%至18%，而截至2025年6月30日止六个月的毛利与截至2024年6月30日止六个月所取毛利约人民币1.84亿元相比将取得减少约8%至12%。

董事会认为收入及毛利的预期减少乃主要由于(i)内容服务收入减少，主要由于部分客户为配合其修订的市场推广策略而转用直接市场推广，从而减少对公司的真实世界研究(RWS)支持服务的依赖;此外，仿制药行业的竞争日益激烈，促使资源向商业化转移，导致部分客户削减了RWS服务的财务预算;(ii)价值医疗服务收入减少，主要由于公司药品批发业务的若干销售代理协议于2025年届满，而公司正就新销售代理协议进行磋商，以及由于公司主动调整服务结构及分类，健康医疗综合服务包的收入减少;(iii)数字营销服务收入减少，主要由于经济下滑，导致部分客户选择减少广告及营销开支。
