Arizona Lithium (ASX:AZL) 8月4日宣布完成非核心资产出售交易并收到500万美元（约合800万澳元）现金收益，结合近期股份购买计划所募集的425万澳元，旗舰资产Prairie锂项目开发获得强劲资金支持。

Arizona董事总经理Paul Lloyd表示，完成交易后公司现金状况非常充裕。鉴于近期锂现货价格有所上涨，公司凭借其已获全面许可、可随时开工的Prairie锂项目，已做好充分准备利用未来机遇。

今年5月位于加拿大萨斯喀彻温省的Prairie锂项目第一阶段生产计划正式获批，项目采取直接锂提取（DLE）技术，一期生产规模为每年150吨碳酸锂当量。

根据公告，Paul Lloyd和执行董事Zach Maurer将作为代表，于本月加入加拿大关键矿产投资贸易代表团前往日本和韩国。
