Omnia Metals Group (ASX:OM1) signed a binding term sheet with Hardy Metals for a joint venture agreement regarding exploration tenement application E39/2555 at the Salt Creek project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement follows the company's drilling program at the project, the filing said.
