“财年内将开出近100家门店，届时盒马门店总数预计会超过500家。”这是盒马CEO严筱磊近日在盒马十周年活动上对外公布的新财年开店计划。

过去一年，盒马转向聚焦盒马鲜生和社区折扣店两个主力业态，陆续退出X会员店等探索型项目。与此同时，盒马鲜生开足马力拓新店，今年上半年先后在泰州、宿州、天津、唐山、遂宁等多城开出首店。

阿里巴巴集团2025财年年报显示，盒马2024年4月-2025年3月的2025财年GMV（商品交易总额）超750亿元，首次实现全年盈利。盒马鲜生业态运营超过420家门店。

根据中国连锁经营协会（CCFA）发布的2024年连锁百强榜单，盒马以750亿GMV跻身前三，仅次于沃尔玛中国、大润发。

从去年起，盒马也做了一些关店处理，累计关店数量不超过整体门店的2%。严筱磊表示，战略聚焦让盒马发展更快速，也更稳健。

除了聚焦核心业态不断开店，盒马也背靠阿里大消费平台扩大服务人群。据雷峰网了解，自今年8月4日接入淘宝88VIP体系，盒马X会员人数短短几天实现翻倍。

打通后，所有淘宝88VIP会员均可免费领取一张有效期为90天的盒马X会员权益，可享受盒马会员日线上线下88折、每日免运费1次、免费领菜等权益。活动时间将延续到9月10日。
