据美国彭博社报道，美国苹果公司首席执行官蒂姆·库克在当地时间8月1日“罕见”召开了一次全员大会，围绕苹果的人工智能（AI）前景以及一系列令人“惊艳”的产品激励员工共同努力。

　　报道称，这场会议在苹果位于加州库比蒂诺的总部礼堂举行。知情人士透露，库克在会上向员工表示，AI革命的意义与互联网、智能手机、云计算和应用程序“一样大，甚至可能更大”。

　　“苹果必须这么做，苹果也将会这么做”，知情人士透露库克在会上表示，“这是我们应该抓住的机会。我们也将为此投入资源。”

　　彭博社提到，苹果在AI领域起步较晚。美国OpenAI、谷歌母公司Alphabet等公司早已推出ChatGPT等产品，而“Apple Intelligence”（苹果智能）近期才发布。但库克在会上展现出“乐观态度”，并表示苹果一贯在有前景的新技术上并非先行者。

　　“我们很少是第一个。”库克告诉员工，“在Mac之前就有了PC；在iPhone之前就有了智能手机；在iPad之前有很多平板电脑；在iPod之前就有MP3播放器了。”

　　在此次讲话中，库克还鼓励员工加快步伐，将人工智能更广泛地融入工作和未来的产品中。“我们所有人都在以重要的方式使用人工智能，作为一家公司，我们也必须采用它。”“不这样做我们就会落后，我们不能让这种情况发生。”

　　报道提到，库克经常在走访全球各地苹果办公室时与员工进行“市政厅式”交流，但像此次在总部的礼堂举行全公司范围的会议并不常见。（姜蔼玲）
