【中国置业投资(00736.HK)建议实施股本重组】智通财经APP讯，中国置业投资(00736.HK)发布公告，公司建议实施以下涉及股本削减及股份拆细的股本重组：(i)公司已发行股本将透过注销已缴足股本(以每股当时已发行现有股份注销0.39港元为限)予以削减，致使每股已发行现有股份的面值将由0.40港元减至0.01港元;(ii)紧随股本削减后，每股面值0.40港元的法定但未发行现有股份将拆细为40股每股面值0.01港元的法定但未发行新股份。
