The transaction was managed by JLL's Capital Markets team, including Senior Managing Director Luis Castillo, Managing Director Cody Brais, Associate Taylor Osborne, and Analyst David Orta Jr. LRC Properties and H.I.G. Capital acquired the asset. The industrial park, strategically positioned near key economic hubs like the University of Central Florida and Orlando's Research Park, is 79% leased to a mix of regional and national tenants. The property's location offers convenient access to major highways, enabling tenants to reach a large population within a 90-minute drive.
