China Greenland Broad Greenstate Group's (HKG:1253) chairman, Pei Gang, resigned effective Tuesday to devote more time to his personal affairs, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The landscape architecture services provider, on the same day, named CEO Lin Guangqing as its new chairman.
