智通财经APP讯，中国新城镇(01278)发布截至2025年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，该集团取得经营收入1.92亿元，同比减少8.9%;母公司权益持有人应占溢利4868万元，同比减少5.75%;每股溢利0.005元。
于2025年上半年，本集团录得土地开发收入301.0万元，而2024年同期无土地开发收入。录得投资物业租赁收入4000.7万元以及物业管理费收入1292.1万元，与2024年同期相比减少了17%，主要因为2025年出租率下降所致。城镇化项目投资收入增加了19%至11163.1万元，主要因为城镇化项目投资余额较去年同期增加，对应录得项目投资收入增加。
