Identiv Inc., a leader in RFID- and BLE-enabled IoT solutions, reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. The company recorded a revenue of $5.0 million, down from $6.7 million in the same quarter of 2024. This decrease was attributed to lower sales as the company exits lower-margin business and reduced sales to its largest customer, who is transitioning production to Thailand. The GAAP net loss from continuing operations was $6.0 million, an improvement from the $6.9 million loss reported in the second quarter of 2024. This reduction was primarily due to strategic review-related costs in 2024 that did not recur in 2025. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss increased to $4.6 million from $3.7 million in the previous year, primarily due to costs associated with the transition to Thailand and adjustments for obsolete inventory in Singapore. Significant operational updates include the completion of the production transfer to a new facility in Thailand and strategic partnerships with IFCO and Narravero to enhance digital product passport adoption.
