Swire Properties CFO to Retire in 2026; Successor Named

Swire Properties (HKG:1972) said that Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director Lung Ngan Yee intends to retire in May 2026, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Roy Shearer will succeed her on a date to be confirmed, the filing said.
Shearer joined the Swire group in 2015 and has since held senior finance positions in Singapore and the UK, before taking on his current role at HAECO, where he leads the finance, procurement, and legal teams.
