Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. $(JLL)$ has successfully facilitated a significant real estate transaction for DermTech, LLC, a newly formed leader in precision dermatology. On June 27, 2025, JLL announced that they represented DermTech in securing a 28,869-square-foot lease at 12340 El Camino Real in San Diego, California. The space will serve as DermTech's headquarters and laboratory, aligning with the company's goals and culture while optimizing costs in a top-quality molecular lab environment. This new facility, located at Kilroy's Del Mar Corporate Center in San Diego's Del Mar Heights neighborhood, is set to enhance DermTech's capabilities in offering non-invasive skin genomics solutions, particularly their DermTech Melanoma Test. JLL's team, including Grant Schoneman, Chad Urie, Taylor DeBerry, and Stephanie MacLeod, represented DermTech, while the landlord, Kilroy Realty, was represented by Brett Ward, Michael Cassolato, and Evan Cassolato of Cushman & Wakefield.
