智通财经APP讯，资本界金控(00204)发布公告，于2025年8月4日(星期一)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，公司已接获合共5份根据暂定配额通知书提呈的有效申请及接纳，涉及合共237.64万股供股股份，占供股项下提呈的供股股份总数约1.53%。
于记录日期，概无除外股东。根据上述暂定配额通知书项下有效申请及接纳的结果，受补偿安排规限的未获认购供股股份总数为1.53亿股供股股份，而除外股东未售供股股份的数目则为零股。公司已根据上市规则第7.21(1)(b)条，透过与配售代理订立配售协议以作出补偿安排，据此，公司有条件委任配售代理及配售代理有条件同意担任公司的配售代理，以根据配售协议的条款按竭诚基准促使承配人认购未获认购供股股份。
预期配售代理将于2025年8月7日(星期四)开始配售未获认购供股股份，而有关配售将不迟于2025年8月13日(星期三)下午四时正结束。
公司将不会发行任何未根据补偿安排配售的未获认购供股股份，而供股规模将相应调减。
