Star Plus Legend (HKG:6683) completed the sale of 37,524,500 shares at HK$9.13 apiece to raise HK$324.1 million in net proceeds, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Shares of the retail firm rose over 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
The company will use the proceeds to expand its business.
