智通财经APP讯，高维科技(02086)公布，该集团预期于2025年上半年取得净亏损约520万港元，而2024年同期净溢利210万港元。
董事会认为由净溢利转为净亏损状况主要由于以下因素所致：营业总额减少约13.5%至4083万港元(过往期间：4721万港元)。有关减少乃主要由集团收益减少所带动，反映出 2025年全球经济放缓、关税纷争持续以及贸易环境不稳定所带来的不利影响。经济不确定性增加(包括对关税及地缘政治局势不稳定的忧虑)令客户下订单时更趋审慎，导致产品需求下降，从而减低了期内收益;员工成本上升约10.8%至1698万港元，有关增加主要归因于推出了销售奖励计划及为了应对产品持续开发需求扩大了技术和研发部门的员工人数。
此外，行政开支总额大幅增加约94%至735万港元，大幅增加的主要原因是：公司进军新市场并将产品组合多元化，导致用于升级后台系统的资源增加，以及行政营运开支增加;上半年贸易展的数目增加，以及加强了与业务伙伴的关系，导致商旅开支增加。
