截至本公告日期，有关磋商尚仍在进行当中。潜在合资公司未必会落实。有关潜在合资公司的条款及条件仍未落实，集团截至本公告日期亦未就潜在合资公司订立任何正式协议。概无保证潜在合资公司将会落实或最终完成。因此，潜在合资公司未必会进行。倘潜在合资公司落实，则其可能构成上市规则第十四章项下之须予公告交易。公司将根据上市规则于适当时候作出进一步公告。
公司已向联交所申请自2025年8月8日上午九时正起恢复股份买卖。
