吴说获悉，纳斯达克上市公司 Fundamental Global Inc 向美国证券交易委员会提交 S-3 表格注册声明，拟分批发行总额最高 50 亿美元的证券。公司计划将本次发行普通股所得的绝大部分净收益用于收购以太坊（ETH），其余资金将用于营运资金需求、一般企业用途及运营支出。
