Odaily星球日报讯 据彭博社消息，Gemini 交易所创始人 Winklevoss 兄弟已以比特币投资由 Donald Trump Jr.与 Eric Trump 共同创办的比特币矿企 American Bitcoin Corp。该公司从上市矿企 Hut 8 中剥离，目前正通过与 Gryphon Digital Mining 合并推进在纳斯达克上市，预计将于 2025 年 9 月初完成。
此次私募融资共筹集约 2.2 亿美元现金与比特币，市场超额认购。目前并未披露投资规模，但 Winklevoss 兄弟曾向特朗普竞选团队捐赠价值数百万美元的比特币；与此同时，Gemini 已向 SEC 递交 IPO 申请草案，正计划上市。彭博社此前报道，当 American Bitcoin Corp 上市时，特朗普次子 Eric Trump 在该公司的持股或价值 3.67 亿美元。（TheBlock）
