此外，杜克能源表示，将以60亿美元现金将其佛罗里达业务19.7%的间接股权出售给布鲁克菲尔德资产管理公司(BAM.US)，为其增加40亿美元的资本支出计划提供资金。布鲁克菲尔德资产管理公司将分阶段收购少数股权，首先在2026年初支付28亿美元。
