金吾财讯 | 光伏太阳能股普涨，截至发稿，阳光能源(00757)涨5.62%，信义光能(00968)涨1.93%，信义玻璃(00868)涨1.33%，协合新能源(00182)涨1.20%，凯盛新能(01108)涨1.05%。国元国际表示，继7月光伏玻璃价格下探至历史低位后，8月价格看涨预期明显增强。根据百川盈孚最新数据显示，8月4日国内光伏玻璃2.0mm镀膜(面板)市场参考价格为11元/平米，3.2mm镀膜市场参考价格为18.5元/平米，环比8月1日价格分别上涨0.5元/平米。7月中旬以来，受光伏“反内卷”政策加码，下游组件囤货动作较大，目前光伏玻璃库存天数由35天下降至29天左右。预期8月下游组件为后续旺季需求作储备，囤货预期持续，叠加近期成本端纯碱价格小幅上升带来成本支撑，预计8月价格开始触底回升。此外，日前，中国光伏行业协会消息，国家发展改革委、市场监管总局研究起草了《价格法修正草案》，并于近期面向社会公开征求意见。为充分反映光伏行业企业诉求，中国光伏行业协会现向各单位公开征集对《价格法修正草案》的意见和建议，请各有关单位结合光伏行业实际情况，重点从价格行为规范、价格调控机制、价格监督检查、法律责任及其他等方面，提出对草案的修改意见、建议及理由。
