8月8日金融一线消息，据中国人民银行巢湖分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，安徽肥东农村商业银行股份有限公司因违法行为类型，被警告并处罚款65.7万元人民币。违法行为类型如下：

　　1．涉农贷款统计有误；

　　2．部分单位银行结算账户撤销迟备案；

　　3．征信查询用户调离未及时停用；

　　4．征信用户变更未备案；

　　5．未按规定开展持续的客户身份识别（含重新识别）。

　　同时，罗某松（时任安徽肥东农村商业银行股份有限公司行长助理兼运营管理部总经理）对安徽肥东农村商业银行股份有限公司以下违法违规行为负有责任：未按规定开展持续的客户身份识别（含重新识别），被处罚款3.4万元人民币。
