Powerlong Real Estate (HKG:1238) recorded contracted sales of around 582 million yuan in July, with a sales area of 57,086 square meters, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
From January to July, the property firm's contracted sales and sales area reached 4.31 billion yuan and 373,804 square meters, respectively.
