IT之家 8 月 7 日消息，科技媒体 9to5Mac 昨日（8 月 6 日）发布博文，报道称在 iOS 26 系统中，苹果为 AirPods 4 和 AirPods Pro 2 等耳机，优化了充电盒的工作方式，引入新的充电状态指示灯颜色和电池充电提醒。

首先是 iOS 26 系统增强了充电通知，可以让用户知道何时应该充电，以及 AirPods 何时充满电。这些通知与现有的灵动岛电池指示器类似，但以正式的通知形式出现。

其次在充电盒方面，IT之家根据官方现有描述，目前只有两种颜色，绿色表示已充满电，而琥珀色表示剩余电量不够为 AirPods 充满一次电。

在最新 iOS 26 Beta 5 更新中，为 AirPods 带来了三种不同的充电状态指示灯颜色。绿色代表已充满，黄色代表正在充电，橙色代表充电盒当前状态。不过该媒体指出，黄色和橙色之间的差异非常细微，用户可能难以区分。
