智通财经APP讯，贵州银行(06199)发布公告，该行于2025年8月5日收到《国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局关于陈蓉贵州银行独立董事任职资格的批复》(贵金复[2025]94号)，国家金融监督管理总局贵州监管局(贵州金融监管局)已核准陈女士担任该行独立非执行董事的任职资格。该董事的任期直至第四届董事会任期届满为止。
陈女士的董事任职资格获得批复后，该行第叁届董事会独立非执行董事王革凡先生自2025年8月5日起不再履行独立非执行董事、董事会风险与关联交易管理委员会主任委员、专门委员会委员相关职责。
陈女士自2025年8月5日起将担任董事会风险与关联交易委员会主任委员;战略发展委员会委员，审计委员会委员及合规管理委员会委员。
