智通财经APP讯，拉卡拉(300773.SZ)公告，公司拟分别将所持广州拉卡拉普惠融资担保有限责任公司(“普惠担保”)的100%股权、广州润信商业保理有限责任公司(“润信保理”)的100%股权转让给广州众赢维融智能科技有限公司(“广州众赢维融”);将所持西藏弘诚科技发展有限公司(“西藏弘诚”)的100%股权转让给西藏考拉金科网络科技服务有限公司(“考拉金科”)，本次交易的最终交易价格尚未确定。
本次交易旨在进一步优化公司资产结构，降低金融风险敞口，拟剥离非核心类金融业务，聚焦主业，集中资源投入核心支付业务。
