发展商形容是次开价是“闪耀维港价”。首批单位实用面积由516至669平方呎。买家最高可获12%的折扣优惠，折实呎价由25,828至32,354元，折实售价由1,332.7万至2,164.5万元。
中国海外地产董事总经理游伟光表示，价单第1号最低折实售价及呎价为第2A座2楼B室，实用面积516方呎，属两房间隔，折实售价为1,332.7万元，折实呎价25,828元。
