CSC Holdings (SGX:C06) launched the third series of its 6-month commercial paper in digital securities under the SDAX CP Facility Program, according to a late Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the company surged over 7% in Wednesday trading.
The commercial paper will have an interest rate of 4.80% per annum, with the company expecting to raise between SG$1 million and SG$3 million from accredited investors.
