智通财经APP讯，北京健康(02389)公布，于 2025年7月30日，该集团附属公司无锡北康宏泰养老服务有限公司通过公开招标方式成功中标安徽省广德市养老服务中心项目。
该项目总建筑面积约1万平方米，总设计床位约290张，项目由安徽省广德市政府负责投资兴建，该集团负责提供专业康养家具和设备以及后期营运管理。项目预计总筹建时间约16个月。
2024 年，安徽省将广德市定位为长三角(安徽)生态绿色康养基地先行区及首批国家森林康养基地，全力打造“全龄康养”的康养名城，而广德养老项目正位于长三角核心区域，未来将承载来自上海市、南京市等周边大城市的老龄康养需求。
随着广德养老项目的成功中标，该集团康养机构数量增加至9个，总床位增至2,138张。
