智通财经APP讯，瑛泰医疗(01501)公布，于2025年8月6日(交易时段后)，该公司有条件与怀格健康(作为普通合伙人及基金管理人)及其他有限合伙人(作为有限合伙人)订立合伙协议，内容有关设立怀格广泰基金并对其进行投资。该公司将以有限合伙人之一的身份投资怀格广泰基金，并将认缴出资不超过人民币1.1亿元，其中，首期认缴出资为人民币5000万元。
怀格广泰基金预计总认缴出资额不超过人民币3.5亿元，其中，首期认缴出资额为人民币1.21亿元。怀格广泰基金主要目标为通过对医疗器械领域的公司进行股权投资实现投资回报。截至本公告日期，怀格广泰基金尚未物色到任何投资目标。
董事会认为，于怀格广泰基金的投资为本公司创造了一个契机，有助公司促进其在医疗及生物技术以及其他相关行业的战略发展、提升其竞争力及巩固其市场地位。
