智通财经APP讯，广汇宝信(01293)发布公告，本集团于近日获其上游供应商华晨宝马汽车有限公司和宝马(中国)汽车贸易有限公司(统称“宝马”)告知，由于公司经营的大部分宝马汽车经销网点未能达到与宝马约定的《BMW品牌经销商协议》中的部分商业条款，因此，宝马将会于2025年8月中旬左右陆续撤销本集团经销网点销售宝马汽车的授权(撤销)， 待符合相关条款后，再另行申请及恢复授权。接到告知后，公司与宝马持续进行努力协调及沟通，但截止本公告之日，仍协商无果。
根据本集团截至2023年12月31日止年度的财务资料及本集团截至2024年6月30日止6个月的未经审核财务资料，宝马汽车经销网点所产生的总收入分别占本集团截至2023年12月31日止年度及截至2024年6月30日止6个月总收入的40%及43%。
董事会认为，撤销将对本集团的营运及财务状况产生一定影响。然而，本集团将竭力保持现有的汽车品牌授权。同时，根据乘用车市场的发展需求及趋势，战略转型，以调整符合公司情况和发展趋势的品牌结构。
