新华社兰州8月9日电 （记者 张玉洁 崔翰超）9日，甘肃省兰州市榆中县交通、通信、供电、供水等基础设施抢修工作有序推进，所有受灾村庄进村道路已全部实现抢通，22个受灾村基本通信已恢复，80%受损区域电力已经恢复，夏官营镇等三个乡镇全面通水。

山洪灾害造成榆中县51条102.2公里公路受损。甘肃省交通运输厅出动各类机械设备130余台（套）、应急人员670余人，赶往一线开展抢险保通工作。截至18时，所有受灾村庄进村道路已全部实现抢通，具备抢险应急救援人员通行条件。

甘肃省通信管理局介绍，截至8月9日16时，榆中县5个乡镇22个受灾村基本通信已恢复，其中16个村恢复至灾前水平，通信损毁严重的马莲滩村等6个村已保障基本通信。

国网甘肃省电力公司组织330人、73台抢险车辆、42台发电机、3辆发电车，全力投入应急抢险保供电工作。截至9日18时，80%受损区域电力已经恢复，马莲滩村等区域正加紧抢修。

榆中县兴隆水厂部分供水主管道受洪灾损毁。甘肃省水利厅介绍，截至9日下午，兴隆水厂万家庄、城关、刘诸营、周前九泵房等四处主管道抢修完成，夏官营镇、城关镇、小康营乡等三个乡镇全面通水，1.2万人应急供水得到保障。
