智通财经APP讯，港灯-SS(02638)公布2025 年中期业绩，收入为55.67亿港元，同比减少0.09%;股份合订单位持有人应占溢利为10.01亿港元，同比增长5.7%;每股股份溢利11.33港仙，每股份合订单位的中期分派为15.94 港仙港仙。
2025 年上半年的售电量较 2024 年同期减少 3.2%，主要原因包括天气相对温和、向客户推广节能的计划取得成效、饮食和零售业市道不景，再加上日数较去年闰年少了一天。
集团继续向零碳营运的目标迈进，积极落实总值港币 220 亿元的 2024 – 2028 年度发展计划，确保所有工程如期进行。上一个五年发展计划有助港灯在 2024 年将发电所产生的碳排放量，相较 2005 年的基准水平减少约 40%。新的发展计划将进一步增加港灯的燃气发电比例，确保能源供应长期稳定，支持香港的减碳目标。期内，各项主要工程进展顺利，包括兴建一台新燃气联合循环发电机组 L13，以及数台可以在紧急情况下提供电力的单循环燃油机组。
