智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，8月8日，友联国际教育租赁(01563)股东将股票由上海商业银行转入华泰香港，转仓市值1.65亿港元，占比45.52%。
友联国际教育租赁公布，宋建波先生将辞任公司非执行董事，董事会主席及公司战略投资委员会主席，自2025年7月17日起生效。自2025年7月18日起，执行董事李璐强先生获委任为董事会主席;公司解散战略投资委员会。
公司发布公告，于2025年6月19日，出租人(友联国际融资租赁(深圳)有限公司)为公司的附属公司，已与承租人(湖南久森新能源有限公司)订立融资租赁协议，据此出租人同意以代价人民币5000万元向承租人购买租赁资产;及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁资产，租期为3年，租赁总额约为人民币5550.6万元，即租赁本金及租赁利息的总和。
于2025年7月29日，出租人(友联国际融资租赁(深圳)有限公司)为公司的附属公司，拟与承租人(娄底市五江实业有限公司)订立融资租赁协议，据此出租人同意以代价人民币5000万元向承租人购买租赁资产;及出租人同意向承租人出租租赁资产，租期为3年，租赁总额约为人民币5550.6万元，即租赁本金及租赁利息的总和。
