消息面上，创科实业公告，上半年实现营业收入78.33亿美元，同比增长7.1%；归母净利润6.28亿美元，同比增长14.2%；对应归母净利率8.0%。同比增长0.5pct。业绩增长主要得益于旗舰品牌Milwaukee和RYOBI销售表现优异，持续巩固领先优势；公司高端品牌收入占比提升，策略性减少非核心业务投入，提升整体生产采购效率等驱动盈利能力提升。
花旗发表报告称，创科实业上半年业绩创历史新高，营业额增长7.1%，纯利增长14.2%，略低于该行预测的17%。尽管如此，公司表示有信心在今年实现中至高单位数的收入增长，以及将EBIT利润率由去年的8.7%扩大至10%的中期目标。该行预期自2026年起，由于更快赢得市场份额及行业增长正常化，公司收入将加速以高单位数增长。
