智通财经APP讯，北海康成-B(01228)发布公告，于2025年8月11日，集团的两家附属公司与青岛百洋医药股份有限公司(301015.SZ)(百洋医药)的一家附属公司(百洋附属公司)正式建立战略合作关系。
上述各方已订立一份战略合作及独家商业服务协议，据此，相关附属公司已同意委任百洋附属公司为独家合同销售组织(CSO)，于中国内地、中国香港及中国澳门(相关地区)推广集团的若干产品，但须受集团相关成员公司与该等产品各自的授权方所订立的上游授权协议(包括(在适用情况下)相关授权方的同意)所规限。商业服务协议亦订明，百洋附属公司的联属公司可按百洋的选择担任该等产品于相关地区的分销商。
