Tuan Sing Returns to Profit in H1

Tuan Sing (SGX:T24) booked an attributable profit of SG$14.5 million during the first half of the year, compared with an attributable loss of SG$6.6 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the company were down nearly 2% in recent trading.

Earnings per share came in at SG$0.0116 compared with a loss per share of SG$0.0054 in the comparable period.

Revenue declined 34% year over year to SG$70.3 million from SG$106.5 million, mainly due to lower revenue from all major segments.
