期货日报网讯（记者 曲德辉 见习记者 肖佳煊）美国劳工统计局于当地时间8月12日公布数据显示，7月份美国消费者价格指数（CPI）环比上涨0.2%，符合市场预期，与6月份0.3%的涨幅相比有所放缓。同比来看，CPI上涨2.7%，低于市场预期的2.8%，与6月份持平。剔除波动较大的食品和能源价格后，7月份核心CPI环比上涨0.3%，符合预期；但同比涨幅达到3.1%，高于预期的3.0%，创下自2月份以来的新高。
数据公布后，金融市场对美联储降息的预期迅速升温。美股三大股指期货短线拉升。纳指期货日内涨0.41%，标普500指数期货涨0.36%，道指期货涨0.44%。美国国债收益率短线下挫，2年期国债收益率下行近5bp；美元指数短线走低，日内跌0.22%。现货黄金短线飙升至3354美元/盎司高点后大幅回落，现报3349美元/盎司。
有“新美联储通讯社”之称的Nick Timiraos表示，7月份通胀报告使降息的可能性进一步增加。鉴于人们对劳动力市场放缓的担忧日益加剧，物价压力缺乏突然性的加速，很可能消除了降息的一个障碍。
而西北共同财富管理首席投资官布伦特·舒特则表示，投资者似乎押注即将到来的降息，并指望其抵消关税带来的拖累，但现在做出这种假设还为时过早。他还认为，关税的影响程度以及其在经济中消化的时间仍然是未知数。与此同时，股票的高估值可能会加剧任何负面消息对股市回报的冲击。
