【观点：若引入韩元稳定币，需要配置短期国债并完善相关制度】金色财经报道，韩国资本市场研究院高级研究委员金弼圭（音）11日在首尔汝矣岛举行的“稳定币与短期国债”研讨会上表示：“应为引入韩元稳定币做好适当的基础准备”，并提出上述观点。 他指出，若引入韩元稳定币，为提高其支付稳定性和价值储藏功能，需要有准备资产，而能发挥此功能的就是用于弥补政府短期资金缺口的短期国债。 尤其是短期国债在利率剧烈波动或市场需求变化的情况下风险较低，并且相较于长期国债，其利率相对较低，有助于提高财政资金筹措和运用的效率，他解释道。
