智通财经APP讯，泰达生物(08189)发布公告，近期本集团附属公司深圳医数精诚科技有限公司(医数精诚)与深圳计算科学研究院(深算院)签署生态合作协议。双方充分发挥各自资源、人才和技术优势，共同在数据库、数据质量和数据分析价值方面的研发和市场应用形成深度合作。

目前本公司正在大力发展AI医疗大模型业务，医疗大模型的训练优化、临床应用落地及个性化服务交付，均需以高质量、高安全、高可用的医疗大数据为核心支撑。而医疗数据涵盖病历、影像、检验报告等多元形态，涉及大量专业医学术语与复杂指标，对数据清洗标注的精准度、数据库系统的适配性及数据分析的深度提出了远超普通行业的严苛要求。

董事会认为，通过与深算院签署战略合作协议，整合深算院在数据库系统、数据质量系统和数据分析系统方面自主研发的前沿技术，构建“数据治理+模型迭代+场景落地”的闭环生态：一方面，可快速整合双方资源，为医疗机构及企业、政务部门、行业AI应用等客户提供涵盖数据清洗、智能分析、定制化模型训练的数据全流程服务，进一步拓展公司在AI数据服务领域的业务边界;另一方面，借助高质量数据与精准分析能力，可加速本公司AI医疗大模型性能优化与商业化落地，强化本公司在AI医疗赛道的核心竞争力。
