据报道，美国商务部开始向英伟达发放出口许可证，允许向中国出口H20芯片。路透引述一名美国官员的话说，此举扫清了英伟达进入关键市场的一大障碍。 英伟达为遵守前总统拜登时期的人工智能芯片出口管制，专门为中国市场设计了这款微处理器。英伟达早前向美国政府提交申请，要求恢复向中国销售H20图形处理器。美国政府在今年7月解除了今年4月禁止H20芯片出口到中国的禁令，但迟迟没有发出许可证。 据了解，英伟达首席执行官黄仁勋刚在本周三(8月6日)与总统特朗普会面，两天后商务部开始发放出口许可证。目前还不清楚政府已发放多少许可证、英伟达被允许将H20芯片出口给哪些公司，以及允许出口的金额。
